ICD Disease Codes

The IC9 code is used as the medical diagnostic code in the United States (International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision, Clinical Modification). You'll find ICD disease codes here in our ICD 9 code data files. Each ICD diagnosis code file has the ICD codes followed by the medical diagnostic code description. Additional ICD disease code information such as Includes/Excludes, alternate names, and index entries are available in IC9 code XML files. In 2013, ICD 10 CM replaces IC9 codes as the new ICD disease codes. Until that time you must update your IC9 codes disease codes to have the most current medical diagnosis codes.

Current Procedural Terminology Coding (CPT codes)

CPT is code set maintained by the American Medical Association. There is a CPT code for almost everything a healthcare provider does to care for a patient. CPT test numbers are used for labs, surgeries, radiological scans, and more. CPT is indispensible to medical billing.
