Operating Agreement

These are the complete terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate program. "We" means our company and "you" means the Applicant. "Program" means the this Affiliate Program. "Site" means a World Wide Web site. The terms of this agreement are subject to change with prior 10-day notice.

1. Enrollment in the Program
In order to enroll in the program, you will need to complete the Program Application. We may remove you from the Program if we determine that your site is unsuitable or if you are Spamming. Unsuitable sites may consist of:

  • Violence
  • Illegal Activities
  • Sexually explicit materials

2. Affiliate Numbers
When you join the program, you will be given an Affiliate Number. This number may be used to promote more then one product at a time.

3. Order Processing
You will be credited for orders that have been placed with the Affiliate Number you receive after signing up to the Program. We will handle all customer service, customer support, product returns, cancellations and refunds for our products.

4. Referral Fees
Revenue will be credited to you upon payment approval from the customer. 15% of sales made from your Affiliate Number will be paid to you. Once your referral volume reaches over $1000 in a year, your percentage will be increased to 20%. Contact us at 888-288-2043 x101 if you want to negotiate a larger commission for your referral sales or to create a referral coupon discount for your customers.

5. Referral Fee Schedule
Referral revenue is paid to you quarterly according to when your account was started. Accounts with a balance less than $50.00 will be carried over to the following pay period.
