NDC Codes Data

National drug codes are managed by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA). For our NDC data files, we prepare the NDC numbers as "Red Book" 11-digit (5-4-2). NOTE: the NDC databases may not include all NDCs due to omissions by the Federal government or manufacturers, who do not package, label or sell their drugs for commercial distribution to wholesalers or pharmacies and are exempt from reporting requirements. Thus, the NDC data files are delivered "as is". Data fields include OTC and DEA controlled substance class. NDC HCPCS crosswalks are available as well. If you desire other formats and/or data fields, please contact us. NDC Downloads

All NDC number databases are delivered through Internet download. Purchasing NDC data files requires that you complete, sign, and return a Data File Customer Form to determine your licensing requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all data file pricing is for a single-user on a single computer (not a networked server). Contact us for a network or multi-user quote.
