Medical Coding .Net has NPI directories in downloadable databases to help you prepare medical claims. NPI data files are released every other month and include UPIN crosswalks. Do not purchase data files unless you understand how to download programs from the Internet and can manage the data using spreadsheet or database programs. Due the number of records, we have split our files into individual provider and organization offerings. Click here for the latest numbers of organizations and individual providers in the database. This website always has the most current file, which will replace your prior file.

The latest NPI version contains an additional 249,650 new provider records and 19,891 new organization records.

NPI files are delivered as downloadable ZIP files. All data file sales are non-refundable so please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

With over 1.7 million records, this tab-delimited file contains all of the healthcare providers who partcipate in electronic billing transactions in the United States. The file contains their names, credentials, specialty, practice state license, mailing and practice addresses, practice phone and fax, and dates for NPI activation, deactivation, and reactivation. This file is about 150MB in size.		 $399
NPIUSO-F NPI Organization US ASCII Data File
With over 530,000 records, this tab-delimited file contains all of the healthcare organizations that partcipate in electronic billing transactions in the United States. The file contains their names, mailing and practice addresses, practice phone and fax, contact individual, and dates for NPI activation, deactivation, and reactivation. This file is about 50MB in size.		 $299
