FedEx
to US addresses only. Customers receive email tracking
notification when items ship. Customers may receive more than one
package to complete their order. Updateable Ingenix products ship
directly from the publisher. Data files are delivered by electronic
download only after completion of licensing. Standard Ground Book or
Desktop Software Orders
- For online orders, ground shipping is free for totals over $99.
Otherwise, $5.99 for the first item and $0.99 for each additional
item applies.
- Ships via United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Please allow 14 days for your book and software orders to
arrive. If
you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, regular ground shipments can take
up to 6 weeks.
Expedited Book or Desktop Software Orders

- Priority mail is $12 for the first item and $5 for each
additional.
- Best choice for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico!
FedEx
- No PO Boxes are
allowed.
- Orders must be placed before 2pm EST.
- Second Day Air is available for $45 for the first item and
$20 for each additional.
- Standard Overnight (delivery after 3pm) is available for $65 for the first item and
$30 for each additional.
Expedited Claim Form or Book Package Orders
- Given the additional weight of these products, we calculate the
shipping cost during the checkout process.
