Our Return Policy

• Software, data files, and eBooks are non-returnable in all circumstances.
• Contact us first before making any return at 888-288-2043 x1 or by email at orders@medical-coding.net. You will be credited for merchantable merchandise but not prior shipping. Books whose shrink-wrap has been opened are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• For returns within 14 days after receiving your merchandise, we will send you a postage paid mailing label.
• For returns 15-30 days after receipt, customers are responsible for trackable shipping and insurance.
• After 30 days, all sales are final. No credits are possible.
