Medical Coding .Net has NPI directories in downloadable databases to help you prepare medical claims. NPI data files are released every other month and include UPIN crosswalks. Do not purchase data files unless you understand how to download ZIP files from the Internet and can manage the data using spreadsheet or database programs. Due the number of records, we have split our files into individual provider and organization offerings. Click here for the latest numbers of organizations and individual providers in the database. This website always has the most current file, which will replace your prior file.
