Ordering Online
Ordering online with a credit card is easy, secure, and available 24 hours a day. As you browse the website, check the items you wish to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button. Click the View Cart icon in the upper right of the web page to review your selections, make any necessary changes, and check out. Our shopping cart is for taxable (in ND and NY only) credit card sales. Please be sure to read our return policies below before ordering. <TOP>
Ordering by Telephone
Our 24-hour toll free sales number is (888) 288-2043. Sales representatives are available between 9a-5:30p CST, M-F, except legal holidays. If a representative is not available, order information (as listed in "Ordering by Fax" below) may be left on our secure voice mail system. Your message will normally be returned during the same business day. Order confirmation is by email. <TOP>
Ordering by Mail or Fax
Download our order form and print it out to order by mail or fax.
Our 24-hour fax order number is (253) 323-5256. Complete the order form including your credit card or purchase order payment information:
- List of products desired by name, quantity, stock number, and price(s).
- Name as it appears on card, credit card billing address, complete card number and expiration date if paying by credit card.
- Complete delivery address (sales tax will be added for New York and North Dakota residents).
- Fax, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Faxed orders will normally be processed by the next business day. Medical Coding .Net will total your order and fax or e-mail confirmation. <TOP>
Payment
Not-for-profit educational, medical, or governmental agencies
Not-for-profits that use a purchase order system must make a minimum
order of $500. We perform a credit check on all customers who need to submit
POs.
All other customers
Customers must pay for their products before they are shipped. This
can be done with a credit card or check. <TOP>
Shipping
| Books and desktop software ship either by USPS or
FedEx
to US addresses only. Customers receive email tracking
notification when items ship. Customers may receive more than one
package to complete their order. Updateable Ingenix products ship
directly from the publisher. Data files are delivered by electronic

Returns
Contact us before shipping back any returns.
- After 30 days, all sales are final. No credits are possible.
- Software, data files, and eBooks are non-returnable in all circumstances.
- Contact us prior to any return at 888-288-2043 x1. The return is required before a replacement or credit is issued. Damaged or otherwise non-merchantable merchandise may be returned for store credit only.
- If you need to make a return for any reason within 14 days after receiving your merchandise, contact us for a free return mailing label. You will be credited for merchantable merchandise but not prior shipping.
- For returns 15-30 days after receipt, you are responsible for trackable shipping and insurance.
