- The only guaranteed shipping times are expedited options from UPS (3-day and faster).
- At the bottom of this page is a map showing esimated delivery times for UPS ground service from our main shipping facility to all points in the US.
- The cut-off time for an order to ship the day it was made is 1pm CT. Otherwise, the product will ship out the next business day.
- Trackable ground and expedited shipping is available by UPS.
- Rates are calculated during checkout based on weight and delivery address.
- Customers receive email tracking information when items ship.
- Customers may receive more than one package to complete their order.
- Updateable (binders), software, and some other OptumInsight products ship from separate warehouses.
