If you are considering taking the CPC Exam, the CPC Exam Simulator program will help prepare you for the actual exam. CPC-XS is a great evaluation tool for practices looking for qualified coders. The CPC-XS allows an employer to create subject area mini-exams to test the proficiency of existing coding staff or potential hires. CPC-XS generates reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of medical coders. Examinations generated by CPC-XS mirror the format of the 2007 CPC Exam with 150 questions broken into three sections and sixteen categories including CPT, ICD-9, and HCPCS coding, medical terminology and anatomy, E/M, surgery, anesthesia, radiology, laboratory and pathology work, and medicine. Just as in an official proctored examination, CPC-XS allows five hours to complete the test and twenty (20) minutes of breaks during the testing period. Additionally, you may opt to take an untimed twenty question quiz on any one of the sixteen CPC 2007 Categories. Your investment will pay for itself many times over. Additional features include CEU-approved mini-exams for certified coders looking to maintain an existing certification and a fully-staffed coding support line to assist with questions on the topics covered by the CPC Exam. We have nearly doubled the pool of questions in CPC-XS for 2007! |
