Placing Orders

Ordering Online

Ordering online with a credit card is easy, secure, and available 24 hours a day. As you browse the website, check the items you wish to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button. Click the View Cart icon in the upper right of the web page to review your selections, make any necessary changes, and check out. Our shopping cart is for taxable (in AZ only) credit card sales. Please be sure to read our return policy before ordering.

Ordering by Telephone

Our toll-free sales number is (888) 288-2043. Sales representatives are available between 9am-5:30pm CT, Monday-Friday, except legal holidays. If a representative is not available, order information (as listed in "Ordering by Fax" below) may be left on our secure voice mail system. Your message will normally be returned during the same business day, and you will receive confirmation of your order via email.

Ordering by Mail or Fax

Paying by check
By pre-paying with a check using our site's form, you will receive an additional 1% discount. This offer only applies to prepaid orders, not purchase orders. Fill your shopping cart as usual and proceed through the checkout process. In the final step, select Check/Money Order as your method of payment and enter the check/order number. In the final step, a PRINT button will appear. Click it to print the order. Mail the printed order and your check your check to Provistas Inc, 13406 E 54th Street, Yuma, AZ 85367. Your order will ship as soon as the check clears. You will receive an order receipt by email or fax.

Paying by credit card
If you do want to pay with a credit card, proceed as above making sure that the billing name and address match your credit card name and address. After printing the order, write the type of card, card number, the expiration date, and the authorization code (3-digits on the back to the right of the signature panel for VISA/MC/Discover and 4-digits on the front of the card above the card number to the right for American Express cards) on the order form.

Payment

Not-For-Profit Educational, Medical, or Governmental Agencies

Not-for-profits that use a purchase order system must make a minimum order of $500. We perform a credit check on all customers who need to submit POs.

All Other Customers

Customers must pay for their products before they are shipped. This can be done with a credit card or check.

Volume Discounts

You may qualify for a volume discount. To learn more, send us an email containing a description of your needs to orders@medical-coding.net or give us a call. We will work to get you the best possible deal!

Delivery
Provistas electronic  products are guaranteed virus-free and are immediately downloadable in your account page. For other vendors, you will receive download instructions 1-2 business days from your order date.
